Resolution: Fixed

Issue #5154: [Hearthfire] CTD when entering Lakeview Manor.

 
Possibly related to the Hearthfire workbenches inside the manor, as reports say the crashing subsides when you get rid of them. Further investigation required.

without follower, it wont CTD.

One of the navmesh collision blockers seems to be at fault.
