Issue #13903: Aetherial Shield effect does not last 15 seconds

 
When you bump the enemy with this shield, s/he is supposed to go ethereal for 15 seconds. However, this is not so, the effect lasts only 9-10 seconds.

That's because the DLC1LD_AetherialShieldSpell has all durations set to 10, not 15 as the description states. The spell is referenced by DLC1LD_AetherialShieldPerk. The perk is added when the shield is equipped and removed when the shield is unequipped via a script.<br>

I'm glad I finally found the bug that can be fixed. (: It's weird that they set it to 10, while clearly saying 15 in the description. They probably put 10 sec first then changed their minds, but forgot to change the script.
