Issue #14314: Raerek -- dialogue menu issue when purchasing home decorations

 
<div>When purchasing decorations for Vlindrel Hall from Raerek, you are not able purchase multiple items (decorations) without having to re-select the "I'd like to decorate my home" dialogue option each time. This is not game-breaking or anything, but it is kind of annoying to have to listen to "I'd be glad to help you and of course don't forget to consult your home decorating guide. Now what would you like to purchase?" six different times. The other stewards in the game with this same function allow you to purchase multiple decorations at once and don't auto-exit out of the list of house decoration menu every time you purchase an upgrade.

I noticed that the Stormcloak steward (Reburrus Quintilius) has the same problem as Raerek. Did your fix also take care of the issue for him too?

Yes, it's the same dialogue branch since it's shared between the two stewards.
