Issue #14541: DweCenturionBust01 - Poor collision accuracy which blocks activating objects

DweCenturionBust01 - Dungeons/Dwemer/Clutter/DweCenturionBust01.nif

The collision on this object is a very bad approximation and leads to any objects close enough to it being blocked and unable to be activated.

Updated, and then updated again (in case you happened to download in the past few minutes. :)

I was worried about it being overly complex so I simplified the mesh elsewhere. If the eggs still don't activate now then the activator really really needs to be scaled up or moved forward.

I also realized that collision responds to normal smoothing just as a normal mesh does, and it allows there to be fewer vertices since they share normals... This is a pretty basic fact but I wasn't thinking about it for collision meshes. So I played around with reducing the vert count at the cost of maybe slightly less accurate collision responses.

( And now that I had said epiphany I realize I may want to revisit some of my collisions..... Just for the sake of reducing the bandwidth that processing collisions are taking up. It really shouldn't matter, as most of the meshes we fix turn out smaller than the original. )

Did the new fix use the file already in the USKP?

Yes, it was updated. The fix should be listed in the changelog.
