Issue #19140: dunBrokenOarQST never gets shut down
The controlling quest in Broken Oar Grotto (dunBrokenOarQST) never gets shut down properly. As a result, the Blackblood Maurader's corpses are never properly cleared out of the cave. See the papyrus output below:

This is going to take more time to work through than usual. There's a lot of crosstalk between this and MS07 that needs to be worked out before it can be dealt with.
In looking through the data, this appears to have been fixed in an old patch version.
