Issue #19466: Cured Serana still uses vampiric drain

 
Cured Serana still uses vampiric drain, which she isn't supossed to. If you look at the formlist DLC1SeranaCureSpellRemovalList, you will find a lot of variants of the vampiric drain spells, all of which are supossed to be removed from her, including its startup spell DLC1SeranaDrain02. So it is clear that Bethesda intention was not having cured Serana with this spell.
The problem seems to be caused by the fact that spells that are in the base can't be removed with scripts. So the cure script is unable to remove DLC1SeranaDrain02 and she remains with that spell for the rest of the game.
I guess the trivial bugfix would be removing that spell from Serana base, and instead add DLC1SeranaDrain02 with scripts when needed.

Incidentally, this also affects the leveling script of Serana, because the code that attempt to remove that spell there will also be unable to do it (although I guess the AI of Serana would still make her use the most powerfull version).

Unless there's a way to condition her spell to be blocked from use via the SPELL or MGEF forms, I don't think we'll be addressing this as that script is shared between Serana, Valerica, and Harkon.

Fixed for USLEEP 3.0.1.

Removed DLC1SeranaDrain02 from her base record, moved it to the alias in her mental model that marks her as a vampire.

Can't guarantee this will properly take effect on an existing game so it should be tested by someone who has cured her.
