Issue #19544: Throw Voice has no voice files for most humanoid races

 
Throw Voice has files for humans (eventoned), male orcs and male Khajiit, only. The rest are mute.

I've fixed this in my fixpack for Requiem because it's rather serious there -- Requiem uses a spell based on this shout.

The included BSA file is the fix.
<ul>
<li>It copies the MaleKhajiit waves to Argonians and female Khajiit, so that beast races will have a beast voice.</li>
<li>It copies the vanilla MaleToned and FemaleToned waves to elves, so that all elves will have an alto voice.</li>
<li>It copies the vanilla MaleToned waves to FemaleOrc, so Orc women will have a heavier accent.</li>
<li>Finally, it overrides the MaleToned waves of humans with the bass MaleOrc voice, so that all human men will have a bass voice.</li>
</ul>

We're not changing the existing audio around because you think male humans have too high a voice pitch.<br><br>I suggest creating a new entry for the voice types with no audio. I extracted "Hey!" for the missing voice types, but I need to find what filters will create an echo effect like in the exiting audio.

Thanks. One of the reasons I've submitted this report is that I was expecting you guys to produce a superior fix. I didn't point to my fix as a suggestion, but rather as part of the technical issues behind the bug.
