Fix <a data-ipb='nomediaparse' href='http://host.conseiljedi.com/~nico/Skyrim/Fixs%20persos%20pour%20USKP/Fix%20Issue%2019918.esp'>here</a>. What I did is just implementing a complete roombound/portal system for this interior that didn't have one, in a trial to optimize the whole thing. It's way better but still not 100% perfect. Too many light sources for a too big area, period.
Also, someone who restored the Thieves Guild to its past glory should check if everything is ok, because I noticed there are new light sources in the alcoves surrounding the circular hall. They are probably chronologically enabled as you fullfill Delvin and Vex radiant missions.

Fixed for USLEEP 3.0.3.
Looks like for the most part it was good. Had to adjust slightly in the section containing the new room but it all seems to work fine even with a fully restored hall.
