Resolution: Fixed

Issue #20590: Dawnguard members will still direct you to Sorine even if you already completed all the tech quests

 
If you do all Sorines tech quest in Dawnguard without asking any of the other members "what can I do to help", then after the tech quests if you happen to ask them "what can I do to help" they will tell you that Sorine needs help with her crossbow project even tho you have already completed them and thus get a quest objective stuck in your journal since you can't talk to Sorine about it (wouldnt make much sense).

This is related to dial topic 020050A7 or rather its response 02002F1A.
My suggested fix is to add a condition for the DG members' response (i.e. Sorine needs help..)
If adding the condition DLCRH05FinishedAllQuest == 0 they will not direct you to Sorine when you have completed all the tech quests.
