Issue #20880: Three skill books that may spawn under ground

Just some skill books that I've encountered that have a tendency to spawn bellow ground (or fall through at some point). Those IDs I provided are RefID. Hope those are good enough. Also, all these are inconsistent bugs as the books might spawn correctly for some and not for others so I wasn't sure if I should report it. Maybe the spawn coordinates are too close to the ground so the book may clip through and fall?

First and last book I found about half a meter bellow their normal spawn point, on the first object bellow the ground texture. The 2nd one was logged on a tree just east of the ruin, 10m from ground. A weird sight for sure, no idea how it got there.

All the locations were visited the first time so the objects haven't been tampered with before. But I may have stroll past nearby (lets say 200m) sometime in the past.

Ice and Chitin - 00000e6b - NNW of Narzulbur

2920, Rain's Hand, v4 - ff001964 - Widow's Watch Ruins

The ff001964 ID is invalid. Ups. I got it from clicking on that book which I stored in a container previously. Those kind of ID apparently keep changing under some conditions. Probably you could tell by seeing the "ff00" string at start. I found out other skill books taken from containers start with same string. Sorry if I sent anyone on a wild goose chase.<br><br>
The correct RedID: 2920, Rain's Hand, v4 - 00107129 - Widow's Watch Ruins (after going back on a previous save). This visit however the book was exactly where it should be. Go figure :)

The only one out of the three that I can see a placement issue with is 00108C51 located near the Last Vigil. I've adjusted that one so that it doesn't fall directly into the collision of the terrain; it should be possible to pick up now barring any uncontrollable circumstances that may move it.

00107129 at Widow's Watch Ruins appears to be placed soundly but there are mages at that location which often dislodge items with their magic and that's out of our control. We had a report of a wooden bowl at this location that had the same issue and it was determined to be caused by havok from magic.

00000E6B at the hunter camp near Narzulbur also appears to be placed soundly [<a data-ipb='nomediaparse' href='https://postimg.org/image/t7dmrq507/'>screenshot</a>]. The only way I can see that one being moved is if one of the hunter NPCs at that camp bumps it which is also out or control.

Fixed for USLEEP 3.0.5.

<span style="color:#faebd7;">Note</em>: I have 00108C51 fixed, but unless Arthmoor can find some fault that I've missed with the other two there's probably nothing that can be done to prevent them from getting moved into odd places like you're describing.

Thank you very much - both for your diligent work and taking the time to explain the little details!
I do take notes of them, to help me improve potential bug reports in the future :)

Nope, looks like the other two are placed fine, no issues with collision drops that I can see.
