Issue #21164: Olfrid Battle-Born should lose his essential tag after TGTQ03

 
Torsten Cruel-Sea and Erikur have their essential flags removed after TGTQ04 and TGTQ02, respectively (Endon presumably retains his because he becomes a fence). An ActorBase property pointing to Olfrid exists in TGTQ03 and it seems actually revoking his essential flag was overlooked.
He has a coffin and dialogue lines are already conditioned to check for his death, so there's no other work to be done other than actually making him non-essential.
