Issue #21261: Mead barrels have only 1 bottle of mead

 
While Honningbrew and Black-Briar mead barrels have a random number of bottles in them (something like 1-10), regular Mead Barrels that contain nord mead will only ever have a single bottle, which is peculiar.

Though odd, this is also intentional as there is no leveled list for Nord Mead so the containers simply have a single instance of it placed directly.
