Issue #22247: Silver Shroud Dialogue won't play with the Mechanist

 
If you use the silver shroud costume during the final confrontation with the mechanist, there are supposed to be some unique dialogue, only this special dialogue won't play at all

She doesn't recognize you as the Shroud, neither you have any "speak as shroud" option

Silver Shroud quest completed, Kent alive and costume fully upgraded.

The Mechanist instead of saying "Ah, The Silver Shroud!" says the regular line "Halt, Miscreant"

But I only put the costume right before activating the final door, could it be that I have to the do entire dungeon as the silver shroud?
