Issue #23426: Placement issues in Skaal Village/Solstheim

 
- Fire place floating slightly and showing gaps 0401AA3D

- The house of Deor Woodcutter 04019840 showing a gap at the right side of the entrance.

- A wooden frame 0401AA60 showing a gap at one side.

- A cooking station 0401F32B is placed to high above the ground and at the same time to low so anyone using it will sink into the ground.

- Many things at the smithing area showing a gap underneath them, like the grinding stone 0401983B (the arrows pointing to the other objects with gaps)

- A gap showing under the small wall structure 04019822 outside the Greathall (left side of the main entrance)

Can add:
- Misplaced/floating wood clipping with house 04019843
- Floating plant 04031a27
- Also the Bush potato is a bit floating, forming a gap 04019c93.

-- 0501EE93: Snow drift added to cover gap underneath stone wall attached to a totem arch (04019822).

-- Adjusted clipping wood piles (04019842, 04019843, 04019844, 0401AA66, 0401AA67).
-- Lowered floating shrub (04031A27).
-- Adjusted floating potato plant (04019C93).
