Issue #24751: Patch 1.25 seems to bring back old doctor/radiation bug

 
When Dr. Sun cures my radiation, in the response tree immediately following, the option to pay 40 caps to have your radiation cured is still active. I haven't had a chance to test it with any other doctors yet.

This appears to be the same behaviour reported in bug #22475, which was previously fixed, but it started happening again after upgrading to official patch 1.25. Possibly something in that patch broke the fix?

The only way this could be getting lost again is if you're using another mod that modifies the generic doctor scripts. Our fix cannot be overridden by an official patch for the game due to load order rules.
