Resolution: Can't Fix - Sony Asset Restrictions

Issue #25101: Blood On the Ice/Hjerim

 
Two things: 1) "Get assistance from Jorleif" remains uncompleted in the quest inventory, and 2) regarding the "not being able to interact with anything inside Hjerim" issue--yeah, I'm unable to investigate anything in the house. But! I wanted to add, just in case this somehow is relevant to anything in any way (you never know), for some reason, one of the wardrobes upstairs in the master bedroom is present and interactable, even though the only furniture that is supposed to exist is the bed with the chair on it.

These are vanilla game issues that cannot be addressed on PS4 due to asset restrictions by Sony. We've been able to confirm that this quest is fixed as best it can be on the PC (and XB1) version of the game, but the many bugs with Blood on the Ice will still be there for those who use USSEP on PS4 given that basically all of them require scripts in order to address. See similar report: Issue #24938.
