Yes, I removed the DefaultDisableHavokOnLoad script from the furniture marker 0018C597 because furniture markers are static objects with no havok, so the script never did anything (i.e. it wasted performance) and spilled errors instead. No havok means that the furniture marker never moves, so running a script to move it back to a position where it could never have moved away from is utter nonsense.

Unfortunately quite correct. This cannot be fixed even though Bethesda in their infinite wisdom made a furniture object (static record type) out of a Havok enabled mesh.
