Issue #26252: Dragonscale boots, twist on the right foot

 
Weird right foot twist with dragonscale boots while running forward. (no sprint)

Happens with:
-only on male characters (All seems ok with females)
-any weapon unholstered (bow/sword/whatever)

Lastly the weight slider has no effect on it.

I was able to confirm this issue in my game. It's an animation issue, so the chances of us being able to fix it are not good.
