Issue #26824: Not received a shout when going to collect at location

 
I found a bug within game.
While exploring and finding shouts.. after collecting the 'Marked for Death' shout located at Forsaken Cave.. when I thought I collected this shout, i didn't appear within my shout list so couldn't unlock it, which has made me annoyed as I tried quitting the game and going back on a load save, but this keeps continuing.. I need this fixed so I can enjoy the game once more. thanks

I've taken 3 different test saves down to Forsaken Cave and none of them are having any trouble acquiring the shout from this dungeon. Whatever is going on with your game is not a general problem.
