Issue #27602: It is possible to get Drevis to give you the quest more than once

 
Drevis Neloren still can give the Out of Balance quest after completing it. The game was started after installing USSEP.

That's not the bug. This is the bug:

Out of Balance (MGR02) is intended to be a repeatable radiant quest but the script to restart it was not set up properly. It will now trigger itself the same way MGR01 does. (Bug #12181)

The quest was always intended to be able to repeat but didn't because the script was wrong.
