Issue #27841: Far Harbor visual bug

I recent reported a visual problem in Far harbor around Eagles cove tannery heading towards Echo lake lumber where some scenery will appear and disappear right in front of you. I provided a video showing the problem but because i was told i was using cheat terminal you would not accept it. I have now done another run to the affected area (video provided) with only the UFO4P active. It was a level 3 character so getting to FH and then to the area at low level took me sometime. Before i started i made sure to remove all my save files, cleared my reserved space and cache. The visual problem is still there with only UFO4P on. I've talked to people on the Bethesda.net forums and they also have this issue. One person said it could be something called 'xEdit' since it doesn't happen everywhere. Sorry to bring this up again. I'm not trying to cause any problems. I've always used UFO4P and this is the first time i've noticed any issues around that area.

This is with only UF04P active

As both Arthmoor and I have already told you, we're unable to reproduce the issue. Continuing to open additional tickets for the same thing is not going to lead to a different conclusion.
