Issue #28130: Dawnstar misplaced objects

Dawnstar (DawnstarWesternMineExterior):

1. Floating hay mounds (00106699) and (00106698).

Quicksilver Mine (DawnstarQuicksilverMine):

2. Barrel (000EDFA4) clipping with crate (000EDFA8).

Dawnstar Jail (DawnstarBarracksJail):

3. Barrels (000EB492), (000EB48C) and (000EB491) are clipping with each other. The (000EB48C) and (000EB491) barrels are also clipping with the walls.

The White Hall (DawnstarTheWhiteHall):

4. Barrels (000F648F) and (000F648E) are clipping with each other.

Iron-Breaker Mine (DawnstarIronBreakerMine):

5. Barrels (000EE04B) and (000EE04C) are clipping with each other. The (000EE04B) barrel is also clipping with the boulder and the (000EE04C) barrel is clipping with the firewood pile.

Irgnir's House (DawnstarIrgnirsHouse):

6. Barrels (000E019F) and (000E020E) are clipping with each other.

Brina's House (DawnstarBrinasHouse):

7. Chest (000E040A) clips with the bed when opened.

8. Lantern (000EDFAC) in Quicksilver Mine is clipping with the crate (000EDFAB). The crate is also clipping with a wooden post.

A chicken nest (0010669A) was adjusted along with 00106699.

A barrel (000EDFA5) was clipping slightly into a crate.

A barrel (000F6490) was adjusted in order to fix 000F648F.

A bucket (000E019E) was moved along with 000E019F. Another barrel (000E020F) was clipping with the wall slightly and was also fixed.
