(1) Skeletons at Starlight Drive-In: not a bug, see my comment on ticket #24181.
(2) Sunshine Tidings Cleanup: this report is a duplicate of #27379.
(3) Vault 88 molerats: that report is a duplicate of #26732
(4) Vault 88 University Point Pharmacy area: 05001eb8 is a dust cloud (MistLargeRoundDustyDim),and 05001eaf is a light beam. A quick look at the area in the CK shows that there are several pre-placed dead feral ghouls, and these won't ever clean up indeed
Thus, I'll leave this open for point 4 and modifiy the title of this issue accordingly.

There are three pre-placed dead feral ghouls (0500426A, 0500426B, 0500426C) and a pre-placed dead raider (05001BCD) in the University Point Pharnacy area.
The feral ghouls are linked with WorkshopStackedItemParentKeyword to nearby scrappable objects. If you scrap those objects, the ghouls will disappear with them, so there's nothing to fix here.
Only the raider won't disappear. I fixed this by making a new link (with WorkshopStackedItemParentKeyword) to the nearest scrappable object. so he should disappear now along with the ghouls when you start scrapping the furniture objects.
There's another pre-placed dead raider in another part of vault 88 that would not clean up either. I fixed him in the same way, by linking him to his nearby duffle bag. Once the duffle bag is scrapped, he'll disappear along with it.
