Issue #28859: Grandchester Mystery Mansion no Lucy Grandchester during initial Tour

 
Not sure how I broke this unmarked quest. But in any case for some reason Lucy never appear during my run through of the Mansion. In the save I included right at the opening room you should briefly see her run through a door and close it. That event never happens so it is like a trigger of some type is not starting. The Tour proceeds as per normal with all the traps, etc.. working normally Lucy just never appears.

Okay, so I bought the ticket from the Robot and then had to fast travel away and come back. Then do the tour, I am wondering if it is possible that this is related to Issue #28982 or something similar such that I did not allow enough time for the script to complete the setup phase..
