Resolution: Can't Fix - Sony Asset Restrictions

Issue #29118: Cannot complete "Talk to Brynjolf about joining the Thieves Guild" miscellaneous quest

 
Speaking to Brynjolf before speaking to Maul seems to be the cause of this bug. If you speak to Maul about the Thieves Guild, the aforementioned quest will be added to your journal. But if you have already spoken to Brynjolf, then you will not be able to complete it because the dialogue option when speaking to him has disappeared.

Unfortunately, this issue required modifying a script to fix so it can't be addressed on PS4 due to Sony's asset restrictions.
