The door in College Square Station (000618a0) which can be opened with the College Square Station Key or lock-picked is marked owned for no reason.

The Creation Kit says that the door is owned by RobotFaction. It's possible this has something to do with the protectron in that room and that the ownership is deliberate.

Also it does not say that you can use the College Square Key to unlock it. Which when I first encountered that door confused me as I did not have the key, and a Door down stairs does tell you that you need the key.

Yep, a robot owned door that's not linked to, linked from, enabled by, or activated by any remote references has no reason to be set up this way in a cell filled with nothing but feral ghouls. Nothing else except a tripwire has ownership, and the tripwire needs it to function properly.
