Issue #29271: Arob and Nagrub level

 
They are always eventually overwhelmed by creatures and forsworn as the player level rises, usually in a fight too far away to be noticed by the player. Level 6 is too low.

We fixed Largashbur (version 1.2.5), where Ugor was lower starting level (6) than everybody else (10) and often died during the initial giant attack (preventing the ensuing dialogue).

These two should at least match the other combat orcs at minimum level 10 (such as Dushnikh Yal's Murbul). Ideally, like all other orcs who interact with the player outside the walls (such as Atub, Lob, Ogol, Ugar, Ghorbash), they should probably be PCx1, range 10-30.

Ugor cannot be killed by NPCs during the initial fight in DA06 because his alias is marked as protected, so only the player could actually kill him. This is set that way in vanilla.

Further, there was no justified reason to have altered Ugor's level because the range being set to 6-30 vs 10-30 is an insignificant distinction anyway.

Given that, I see no justification in altering the levels of anyone else at Largashbur and we will be removing the level alteration from Ugor as well.
