Yes, I was able to determine that it's not just your game. While you could technically say that the UFO4P is the reason for the issue you're reporting, it's a bit more complicated than that. The vanishing is a side effect of moving objects, but it only occurs under rare circumstances for reasons we don't completely understand. Since we don't touch anything that is part of a precomb, it may be some kind of engine related rendering issue with layers of references.
Upon further examination it looks as though 001DFB3D and 001E353B were moved due to very minor clipping issues, but I tend to agree that they probably should have just been left alone. Given that, I've reverted them back to their original positions for the next update. If you happen across any more like this - feel free to report them to us again here in the tracker.
