Resolution: Cannot Reproduce

Issue #29606: Access to ruins in Wolfskull Cave is impossible

 
Inside Wolfskull Cave after defeating the necromancers in the entrance and going the the door where there should be a hole to drop down and continue to the ruins there is a weird wall in the floor. I've attached a picture. Also I entered Wolfskull Cave for the first time after downloading USSEP but I had accepted the quest The Man Who Cried Wolf before downloading USSEP and encountering the bug.

We've received at least one other report of this happening (see Issue #22051), but have never been able to reproduce it in our own games on PC.

What does your quest journal say for this quest?

The quest is looking normal in the journal the marker points where it should for going in the cave. The other irregularity is the enemies are bandits. I think they're supposed to appear before you accept the quest right?
