Issue #31284: Trinity Restored quest lots of bugs mainly Karliah walks out of the cave instead of opening the gate

 
Trinity Restored quest lots of bugs as reported here:-

The one i am reporting is:- Karliah will simply turn around and walk out of the cave instead of opening the gate. As she is the only one able to open it, this will render the quest impossible to complete.

This is still the case.

Please see the comments in Issue #29608. The only way this should still possible is due to a mod conflict, specifically one that overrides follower restrictions in Nightingale Hall (and other dungeons where followers aren't allowed in the vanilla game). Everything that can possibly be done our end to prevent the issue from occurring has already been done.
