Issue #31600: Curie does not go to settlement when dismissed

 
In my current playthrough, I did not recruit Curie immediately after releasing her, but instead returned later to Vault 81 to recruit her as my companion.

Later, I dismissed her to Egret Tours Marina, but she went to Vault 81 instead. However, the population in Egret Tours Marina increased by one, unemployed person. Waiting for days on end or trying to assign her a job through the Vault-Tec terminal did not fix it, Curie did not appear

I went to Vault 81, where she was waiting around outside the medical center and recruited her and dismissed her again and didn't select a settlement this time, but the popup message read "Curie is going back to Egret Tours Marina", while still hanging out inside Vault 81

On Reddit, I believe I saw it was suggested that this happens when she is not recruited immediately when first meeting her, but only later (like I did)

When you dismissed her, was she still robot or had she turned into a synth already ?

She had turned into a synth and I had maxed out my affinity. I had also romanced her (but did so only later, not at the first chance)

No follower mods. I am running a few other mods apart from UFO4P, mostly related to settlements: diverse cats & dogs, place anywhere, better workshop lights, lockable doors, instant trade, gcm, mcm. I don't have the exact list at hand at the moment since I'm at work, but I'm happy to provide it, if needed
