Issue #31683: Insanely bright lights and extreme lag

 
After entering vault 114, every light source seemed to have been greatly intensified, causing anywhere that wasn't in a shadow to be drowned in blinding white light. This appears a known issue in the community with version 1.8 and happens in most locations, not just the vault I'm experiencing it. The only fixes I can find are all exclusive to pc, so it'd be great of you could fix it on ps4. I'd attach a photo, but the bright light doesn't appear on my phone camera

Whatever this was in reference to has clearly been fixed at this point. Version 1.8 of the game was way beyond obsolete when this bug was filed since the last update in 2019 brought the version up to 1.10.163.
