Issue #32675: MQ14 Sigil Keeper Armor

 
The Sigil Keeper in MQ14 (Editor ID Mq14DremoraSigilGuard) has Markynaz rank, stats and spells but wears Kynval armor. There is a set of unused MQ14Dremora armor which may have been meant for this NPC. I'm not sure if this was intentional or just an oversight on Bethesda's part

This is something more suited to a content restoration mod as it isn't possible to determine if this is an actual bug.
