Issue #33074: DLC01Caravan: Miscellaneous issues prior to Automatron starting at level 15

The intersection in DLC01, where Jackson's caravan is attacked at the beginning of Automatron, has several issues if approached prior to the DLC beginning at level 15:
  • The middle of the intersection has background static, being broadcast by a disabled Mechanist eyebot.
  • One of the robots is killed on load, even if disabled. When killed while disabled, some of the robot's debris will spawn next to the player.
  • A sawhorse and water carton added as part of the caravan's campsite do not have the camp clutter enable parent set.

I've addressed all of the above in this mod, which the Unofficial Patch team is free to use as you please. You can incorporate it in whole or in part, ignore it, or create your own fixes as desired.

Evidently Porter is another source of the debris that spawns next to the player when approaching the intersection. Unfortunately, Porter makes use of one of the default series scripts, so I replaced the script on the reference rather than editing that script and risking unintended changes throughout the rest of the game.
