Issue #33670: Jacquotte Laguerre - Barter

 
Jacquotte Laguerre's (Paradiso) in barter dialog tree doesn't put her into barter mode most of the time especially if you visited her for a quest prior. Click it and it just stays in dialog mode. ShowBarterMenu also does not work on her and a word of note, this is within normal business hours.
