Issue #34064: Trouble in Skyrim bug

 
I've had this bug happen recently, with the Companions radiant quest, "Trouble In Skyrim."

According to the UESP wiki, "If you clear any of the radiant locations this quest can get prior to starting this quest, it may become incompletable."

Also, "The quest is greyed out in the journal (completed) before you've returned to Farkas."

These things have happened to me with the unofficial patch installed, version 4.3.1.

If these bugs are not fixable for some reason, please let me know why, as I am not well-versed in modding or the creation kit. It's just such a game-breaking bug that I wanted to know why they haven't been fixed. Thank you.

You're going to need to be more specific than just repeating what the wiki said. Those are not always accurate. If this happens in your game, we need to know which location it tried to send you.

The quest in the CK is currently set up to deny the usage of "Cleared" locations so this should not be selecting one.

Yes to be more specific it happened to me around level 5, early in the game, the only location I had cleared at that point was Bleak Falls Barrow and it sent me there for some reason. I went in and everything was dead, and the quest couldn't be completed as normal.
