Issue #34120: Stroud-Eklund 2x1 Living Quarters Have Inappropriate Interior Marker for NPCs to Lean on

Near the aft center of the hab, next to where a landing bay ladder is placed if linked to the hab's aft, NPCs will consistently act as if there's a counter they can lean against in the middle of the room.

In case it's the ladder and they're somehow different per bay, it's a Nova Galactic bay.

There's a similar issue with a table disappearing in the Deimos 2x1 workshop hab when hab interlinks disable it but not the associated lean-on idle marker. I think it may be an missing or wrongly-inverted-state enable parent link in both cases.

In this case, is that fore/aft circular doorway seen behind the erroneous idle marker Fore or Aft?

It's definitely the counter and the aft wall. When that wall is removed to attach another module, the counter and a bunch of other stuff is supposed to disable itself. The marker simply wasn't set up to do this. The landing ladder isn't in the NPCs way.
