Issue #34021: Klimmek stuck in place on road near his home

 
Like the description says, Klimmek is stuck in place close to his home and the inn in Ivarstead. There doesn't seem to be any way to get him to resume his normal schedule. The only way I've been able to get him to go back into his house is to attack him repeatably, however he eventually goes back to being stuck in the same spot again. Unlike, the similar issue with Frodnar and Dorthe (Issue #33830), entering his home doesn't solve the problem. I can't seem to figure out what is causing this because I'm not running any mods that edit his AI packages in any way.

It occurred to me that this "may" be related to 'The Book of Love' (t02) quest. Later on he moved, but got stuck in place right down next to the river. After completing all of the parts (stages) of t02, he resumed his normal schedule. Perhaps these two locations are where he is supposed to talk to Fastred. I ended up choosing Bassianus in the quest this time, though.

As it turn out, he eventually goes back to being stuck in the original spot again (day and night). There probably isn't any correlation between the quest and this problem after all.
