Issue #33978: ccBGSSSE001_MiscFalkreathNote: Last line of text on page 1

A very small portion of the last line of text on the first page of the note isn't visible. More specifically, the words layabout and lounging. I don't remember if there's a way to fix this by adjusting the text layout in the Creation Kit, or if it's something that has no viable solution and has to be left alone.

Font size for the note in general reduced from 20 to 18. Forced pagebreak added to make sure the pages remain where they belong.
