Issue #34220: Noel keeps following player at the lodge

 
If you have the Kid Stuff trait and choose to skip the main quest line in NG+, Noel will keep following you at the lodge until giving you the letter your parents left for you. There's must be some condition oversight of either the dialogue EDE16 or the TraitKidStuff Handling quest 10C2FA.

After a more thorough investigation in xedit, I guess the culprit is EDDD9 <TraitKidStuff_NoelDeliversNotePackage_01>.
