Issue #34231: 00080C1C: Gate base placement

 
Maybe I'm wrong on this, but it looks a base piece to a port gate isn't placed where it should be. Maybe it belongs on one of gate poles (00080C1B), which (unlike the other) looks like it is missing a base piece.
