Issue #34272: Unable to exit the New England Technocrat Society room

 
After completing the All Hallow's eve quest, (i.e. after picking up the book Picket fences Halloween's edition), I am unable to exit the room "New England Technocrat Society room"
I have tried all different troubleshooting steps given below

1. Reloaded the auto save (The autosave file after the quest was completed unfortunately)
2. restarted game
3. disabled mods (there was only 1 mod installed and that was the better graphics mod)
4. downloaded PS5 version of the game, loaded the autosave there and tried
5. installed a new mod to redo the quest. Disabled the mod again and tried again
6. Dropped the book - tried exiting, Picked it up again - tried exiting
7. Asked my companion (ada) to go to a location outside the door
8. I'm unable to fast travel since I am inside the "harbor master hotel building"

Nothing worked, finally raised a bug ticket

I'm using a PS5
