Issue #34217: Hole in floor on the second floor of building

 
Appears to be a hole that needs covering between a fire escape and the building. This is a couple blocks east of Back Street Apparel.

This seems intentional. The gap has to be expected, since the wall on this side if the building is largely missing.
You don't build fire escapes clipping into walls to close potential gaps that may form when the walls collapse, do you ?
