Issue #34289: WorkshopNPCMale and REFarmerMale are flagged as Female

 
This is a strange one. Both WorkshopNPCMale "Settler" [NPC_:0014CEA8] and REFarmerMale "Settler" [NPC_:0014CEAA] are flagged as Female.

There's also records for WorkshopNPCFemale and REFarmerFemale which are flagged as Female.

Maybe that's why there's more female settlers.

WorkshopNPCMale is what both of those are deriving the "Traits" flag from. That list of NPCs is all male. It is not at all clear where the female setting is coming from or if that's even what's actually applied since it's greyed out in the template data in the CK. No idea what's going on with this but it shouldn't be happening as far as I can see.
