Issue #34347: Neon Warehouse at multiple locations

 
Since the CK detects duplicate editor ID names, they've used CityNeonWarehouse01Location, 02, 03, etc. But the LCTN records themselves are all named "Neon: Warehouse". This is insane copy and paste. It makes doing multiple missions in parallel very annoying. One of the warehouses (01) is used in multiple missions. They obviously never looked at the finished map or compared their mission logs.

Proposal: add the ## from the editor ID name to the "Name". Remove the "Neon:" colon, as nothing else has a colon in it, and it is an annoying conflict with wiki-syntax. The initial/final warehouse, CityNeonWarehouseEmmetsLairLocation, should just use "Neon Warehouse 05" for consistency. It's at the far end anyway.

Changing them to "Warehouse 01" etc is valid, but there's no reason to remove the "Neon:" part as that's obviously not a bug in the game that they added that.
