Issue #34216: Can't find makeshift weapon ammo in containers

 
The ammo is in the leveled item list but doesn't seem to ever spawn in containers around the world. The vendor entries appear to work.

This is not a bug. After the quest "When Pigs Fly" the items will be injected into various lists used by vendors.
