Issue #34390: Bug #12566 reappears

 
The workbench in the basement of Windstad Manor was incorrectly configured to disable the one in the basement of Lakeview Manor, along with an associated dummy marker for the same pair of houses located outside. (Bug #12566)

This bug reappears in Skyrim SE probably due to Fishing Creation having changed the layout of cellars in player's 3 houses.

This fix is still in place. I've checked it both in the CK and via xEdit. Nothing has changed since 2013. The Fishing DLC does not touch the quests where these script properties are stored.
