Issue #34444: Terrible collision on CaveGE meshes

 
All CaveGEPillar and CaveGEWallUp meshes have bad collision that's not placed properly, creating lots of invisible walls.
Top of the pillars also have the wrong material, should be gravel, not stone.

Fixed. Please test to make sure the player doesn't clip through any of them, since the collision is now smaller/closer to the actual object instead of several feet in front.
