Issue #34414: Jacquotte Laguerre stops working as a vendor if you complain to her boss

 
Jacquotte Laguerre will cease working as a functional vendor if you complain about her attitude to her boss.

While I'm sure this could be a realistic result in the real world, it's not workable for the game since she's the main vendor at Paradiso. :P

Yes, we know. The thing is she was working for quite awhile even if you had complained, then suddenly she just stopped working again. So if they did fix this at some point, they accidentally unfixed it.
