Issue #34418: Leaning tower of Pisa POI

 
The POI is in the game, alongside the snow globe - you need to pixel crawl and land precisely in the location to find it, but it's there

unlike the other earth POI, there is no book to tell you about it

so 3 options:

the book is not in the game, and this is cut content
the book is in the game and there's a bug preventing it to spawn

or it's just weird design

The various landmark POIs have quests associated with them. That's what the books call up. Apparently they never made a book OR a quest for the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

It would not be difficult to create this but IMO it being missing isn't what I'd call a bug per se. So I think this is out of scope for the project. I'd recommend it be reported to Bethesda instead as it would be more appropriate for them to write up what they want to say about it in a book.
